Nook Torneo de Rose Returns.

We’re continuing our yearly advocacy of Rose with our traditional Rose “flight” for your summertime enjoyment.  This year we’ve got a lovely lineup, starting with a dry, sparkling Italian Rose composed of Pinot Nero which will dazzle your palate with lovely little bubbles. Also on the bill is a Beaujolais-style Rose of Gamay that drinks with just the kind of bone-dry minerality we’ve come to love in the summertime. Completing the trio is St. Andre de Figuiere from Provence, a Cab, Syrah, Grenache and Cinsault blend that drinks with hints of Strawberry on the nose and a creaminess on the palate.
