Short Rib Ragu Is Star Of Training Camp.

Coach James moved the Short Rib Ragu from the practice squad to the full roster this week at Nook, and declared it our starting braised beef. We're cooking the Short Rib until it becomes incredibly succulent and tender, and serving it up with a homemade, gnocchi- like Cavatelli pasta made with ricotta. Basil and parmesan round out the flavor tandem. This utterly delicious and deeply satisfying treat performs best opposite a glass of red wine and promises to be a fan favorite.
